Exterior cabinets are carefully abrasive blasted, solvent cleaned, and inspected. Surface defects are filled and smoothed to ensure a flawless finish. Compressor pumps are blasted to remove rust, old coatings, and mineral deposits, preparing them for high-performance coating systems. Interiors receive a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant finish applied per OEM specifications, while exteriors are primed and finished with durable polyurethane in the original OEM colors or the client's color of choice.
Our Process
Preparation
Exterior cabinets and compressor pumps are carefully abrasive blasted to remove all rust, old coatings, and mineral deposits. Surfaces are solvent cleaned and defects are filled and smoothed for a perfect foundation.
Interior Coating
Compressor interiors are coated with a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant finish applied to OEM specifications, ensuring long-term protection under demanding operating conditions.
Exterior Finishing
Exteriors are primed and finished with a premium polyurethane topcoat in original OEM colors or any custom color the client specifies, delivering a factory-fresh appearance.
